Emergency Lockdown Procedures are being be implemented in accordance with CCU’s Emergency Action Plan and in keeping with each internal departments Business Continuity Plan. Emergency Lockdown Procedure implementation is aimed at continuing to provide community essential services to the public while temporarily reducing the CCU work force in an effort to prevent COVID-19 spread between employees and the public. The predetermined trigger for this step was set and based upon any confirmed case of COVID-19 in Johnson County or any adjoining county.

CCU will remain open for business, however, our facilities will be closed to the public. We will be posting information at the entry points for each of our buildings providing contact information. Customers can do business with CCU via the drive up window, our payment drop box in the drive up, on-line at, and we will also have our exterior doors unlocked allowing customers into the vestibule to drop payments in a box during work hours. If it is necessary to visit in person with someone at CCU we will be asking screening question prior to allowing entry into the building and it will be granted on a case by case basis.

Please know that maintaining the reliability, quality and value of the services we provide you, as well as the health and well-being of our employees, customers, vendors, and the community at large, is our highest priority.  We appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time.
