Leaks may develop in a house or underground. Clarksville Connected (CCU) will investigate if your water usage changes significantly. Call to request a check. CCU attempts to review meter readings which appear to show unusually high water usage. You will be notified of the possibility that a leak may exist either by telephone or a tag hung on your door. If you are already aware of the reasons causing higher water usage, please contact our office with this information (479-754-3148).

The customer is responsible for the water line from the meter into the house and should contact their plumber if a leak occurs.
